The Finger Lakes region is well suited to growing Cabernet Franc. This very lightly oaked Cabernet Franc is not too heavy and presents a bright finish as the backbone for vibrant characteristics. This Cabernet Franc has nice medium body with beautiful tannins and notes of ripe blackberries, and subtle spice and vanilla. This Cab Franc is perfect with grilled meats and vegetables, your favorite pasta and cheese dish, or even a wood-fired pizza.
